This two-bedroom luxury villa accommodates up to four people ,where they can indulge in the comforts of a fully furnished resort. Situated on the eastern side of Santorini, it enables visitors to go for a swim at the nearby shores of Exo Gialos or just lie on the fine, warm, black sand of Monolithos beach.
A 30sq.m meter sea view swimming pool surrounded by a deck filled with loungers is one of our favorite amenities we offer our guests to unwind as they lazily tan under the warm sun feeling the Aegean sea breeze while having a cool drink or reading a sensational book.
Soft white & teals paint the vaulted ceilings as blue shuttered windows integrate the traditional décor with the modernity of the surrounding equipment.
SAND LUXURY VILLA understands the needs of holiday makers providing a variety of comforts & amenities satisfying even our most demanding customers. The modern kitchen, sitting & dining areas and bedrooms are equipped with TV and free Wi-fi. Air conditioning as well as a solar water heater with 24-hour hot water is available including a washing machine/ dryer, linens , slippers, iron/ ironing board, first aid kit, sewing kit, hair dryer, mosquito repellent machine and a safety box. Last but not least, a complementary fruit & wine basket is presented upon arrival as well as a farewell gift upon departure.
Customers love to gaze at the sunset through our large windows or drink their morning coffee on the veranda as their eyes are set upon the expansive view of the blue sea. Wavy curtains, little lighthouses, boats & shells, the solid pine tables and color-washed kitchen units decorate the interior space relating their presence to the shore.

This villa is part of a complex of two villas and one apartment, centered around the pool area. It accommodates up to four people, and the additional apartment can take two more (booked separately). The living area includes a modern kitchen as well as sitting and dining areas. It has a TV, as do both bedrooms.
There is air conditioning as well as a solar water heater with 24-hour hot water. There is a washing machine/dryer, and linens and slippers are provided. Other amenities provided include: iron/ironing board, first aid kit, sewing kit, hair dryer, mosquito machine, safety box. A complementary fruit and wine basket is presented on arrival, and there is a farewell gift on departure.

Around the Villa
The villa is 4km from the island capital Fira, making it a great base from which to explore the island. Don’t miss the Museum of Prehistoric Thira, which tells the story of Akrotiri and other ancient settlements through a stunning collection of Neolithic and Bronze Age artifacts. Many local craft studios are open fairly late, and many local wineries are free of charge.
Just 500m away is Monolithos beach, which took its name from the large rock ‘Monolitho’ upon which stands the church of Agios Ioannis. The beach has fine black sand, and the shallow wading waters make it ideal for children – plus there is a playground and a volleyball area on the beach.
The most famous seafood restaurants of the island are located 200m away, near the quiet beach of Exo Gialos, with its stunning rock formations and black sand, as well as a small fishing port.
The villa complex is surrounded in picturesque routes, which are great for walking and biking. The owners recommend climbing in the area of the volcano and swimming in its thermal waters, relaxing in local restaurants and taverns, as well as exploring archaeological sites and museums.

Situated only 4kms from Fira ( the capital of the island) vacationers have the convenience and the opportunity to explore the romantic scenery and the breathtaking view of the Aegean sea by visiting Caldera, the cliff side part of Santorini ,overlooking the crator of the volcano and the four small islands, Palaia Kameni, New Kameni, Aspronisi and Therasia or spending hours visiting the Prehistoric Museum of Thira known for its remarkable collection of Neolithic & Bronze Age artifacts.
Visitors are urged to swim in the waters of Monolithos beach, just 500 meters away with its fine Santorini sand and shallow wading waters making it an ideal place not only for children with its playground area but also for adults who wish to play volleyball or to have fun with water sports.
Seafood lovers are invited to dine at the close famous seafood restaurants while marvelling the view of the stunning rock formations , the black sand and a picturesque fishing port.
