The houses were fantastic. They had everything we needed. The pool area was fabulous. We used a van while staying to get around Santorini which was a neccestity. The fridges had supply's and a few treats. A big bowl of fresh fruit was left for us. We had a large group and used both houses. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would recommend it to other groups.

Wow where do I even begin? For starters my 3 roommates and I spent spring break here at the Sand Villa. Maria coordinated our transportation from the airport to the house which is not even 10 minutes. There we met the hosts and they were so incredibly sweet. The house was exactly the way the pictures show it. It was very clean and well equipped with all your basic necessities. They even left us a bottle of wine, eggs, fruit, toast, and juice to start off with. Periodically during the week they would come make our beds, switch out towels and stock up on our shampoos. While being there I managed to get us locked out. Since there was still wifi outside the house I was able to contact Maria- she responded within minutes. She sent the hosts "ASAP" and ten minutes later they came to let us back in. I would really recommend this place to anyone interested. Side note: it is about a 10 -15 minute drive outside of Fira and not clothes to any stores so I would greatly suggest renting a car. Make sure to specify automatic or standard though.

This place has evrything you need! It is close to the beach, it is clean, you have a housekeeper that watches out for you and is so nice! Maria help when we needed help finding the location. You'll have pleanty of space and have a wonderful pool. I love the decoration and the details. I hope I can come back soon!!

This was the most amazing experience I could ask for. The villa was in an exclusive location and perfect for our trip. We felt very safe there which was most important part for us. Marie was an excellent host and made sure we were well taken care of.

The host was great, she was available all times and helpful in all ways possible. The place was exactly as described on the site, great view spacous and clean area, well furnished and has a great outside area with a nice swimming pool. The neighborhood is a little bit isolated but that was good for is since we like to keep our privacy and it was only minutes away from Fira so that was not an issue for us.

We had a great time staying at Sea villa. The villa itself is incredibly well-appointed, spacious and clean. The host arranged for a transfer for us from the port and helped us to rent a car (definitely a must if you are staying here as it is not close to town). We were greeted with a bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of Greek wine, which was a nice touch. The pool is wonderful too (shared with the villa next door). There are also beaches very close by but they are not as nice as the pool. The only downside to the villa is really having to rely on a car to get around, but on the plus side you have more room than you would in Fira or Oia. Definitely recommend eating at the restaurant at the bottom of the hill overlooking the water for amazingly fresh seafood and produce, great views, and kind service directly from the local owner.

We were met at the port by Marta, who helped us throughout our stay with recommendations for restaurants, sights to see, and general on-island help. She was fantastic! The house is very nice and modern - although it is important to note that the house is in Monolithos, which is about a 10 minute drive from Fira and a 15-20 minute drive from Oia.
